A positive mood dominated among the some 77,000 visitors from over 100 countries and 2,747 exhibitors at the close of the 56th International Toy Fair. The visitors found the fair very professional and the International Toy Fair once again proved to be an ideal platform for optimum market orientation. The exhibitors also summed up the fair very favourably. Both the calibre of the visitors and the ordering levels give cause for satisfaction.

Special events highlighted specific themes
Many special themes and events provided targeted support for individual segments and also contributed towards the high degree of satisfaction.

The InnovationAward, InnovationCenter and InnovationGuide generated more visitors for exhibitors with new products.

The new Outdoor / Leisure segment was also a complete success. The special event Fun, Games & Moves ensured above-average contact rates for the companies taking part.

Both exhibitors and visitors showed their creative side in Cafe Arte by joining forces to improve the silhouette of Nurnberg with the aid of a wide range of handicraft materials.

The people of Nurnberg were also very satisfied with the International Toy Fair 2005. The premiere of the "Enjoy Toy Fair City" campaign attracted extra visitors into the shops, bars and restaurants. Reason enough to expand this initiative in 2006.
